A slower paced class which is still high intensity, low impact. Suitable for those looking to start their Lagree journey.

Signature

Once you know the basics, this signature class is a full body workout with much more intensity. Combining balance, cardio, strength and endurance with some real Lagree shakes.

Pro

An advanced class is built for those who know the full Lagree method, can transition quickly ensuring maximum intensity. House Pro will challenge your body with advanced progressions which will leave your body feeling exhilarated and stronger!
